Welcome to Shark-Designs
Thank you for visiting my shop. My embroidery first-class designs are digitised with love, knowledge
and expertise. You won’t find any auto digitised designs in my shop; auto digitising is not meeting
the high standards I expect for my embroidery designs.
All my designs have been tested on different machines multiple times and they have to be 100%
perfect before they are allowed to appear here in the shop. They are often very complex designs
therefore I ask you to make sure that you always use the recommended stabiliser/fabric
combination (due to the high density and stitch count). If you have just discovered the machine
embroidery for yourself and get stuck or if the result is not as you imagined or as shown in the
pictures in the shop, please contact me, I'll be happy to help.
When you shop at Shark-Designs as a registered customer you will receive VIP service and I am more
then happy to help you if you experience problems. For example if a design is too small or too large
for your embroidery hoop, I am here to help and amend the design for you. Just send me a short
message. For guest orders I can not offer this basically free service.
Please do not try changing the size in your software or on your machine as this will most certainly
lead into degradation, you won’t be happy with the result of your project.
